️ PROXIMITY VOICE CHAT IS LIVE!

You can now actually hear your enemies screaming in the warzone and plot with your faction in real-time! Arcane Realms officially supports Proximity Voice Chat.

Because this is a real proximity chat (voices fade as you walk away), you must install the mod on your client to hear people. Vanilla players can still join the server perfectly fine, but they will be deaf to the voice chat.

STEP 1: Install the Mod

You need to download the Simple Voice Chat mod for Minecraft 1.21 and put it in your client's mods folder.

(Make sure you grab the Fabric, Forge, or NeoForge version depending on what you use!)

️ STEP 2: The Controls

Once you load into the server, here is everything you need to know:

Press V — Opens the Voice Chat Settings Menu. (Do this first to select your correct microphone!)
Press M — Mutes / Unmutes your microphone.
Press Caps Lock — The default Push-To-Talk button.
Press Shift + M — Deafens / Undeafens you (mutes other players).

Groups

Want to talk to your team from across the map? Press V, click the Groups icon, and create a password-protected group for your faction!

If you see a little unplugged plug icon in the bottom left of your screen, it means your mod isn't connecting to the server. Open a ticket and we will help you out!
